Terms of Service — Simple Football

1. Our Services

Custom: A full-scale structural and technical integration. Terms are specific to each client based on the initial context analysis.
On-Demand: A subscription-based model for ad hoc technical support. This model includes 1 active request at a time with an average 48-hour delivery.

2. The Technical Room (Zendo)

All work, file exchanges, and communications are centralized in Zendo. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We provide 24/7 access, barring scheduled maintenance or platform outages.

3. Fees and Payments

On-Demand: A specified fee per month, billed in advance. You may request to pause/cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial months.
Custom: Has a specified starting fee per season. The final amount is structured as per your specific proposal.
All payments are processed securely. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of service access.

4. Intellectual Property

Simple Football Consulting LLC retains all rights to its core methodologies, templates, and proprietary content. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the specific deliverables created for their organization internal use only.

5. Limitation of Liability

Simple Football Consulting LLC provides strategic consulting. We do not guarantee specific athletic results or financial outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the county where the company is registered.
